Below, find a chart for our various dispositions and what they mean.

Disposition What It Means
Continued Trustee has uploaded Order Continuing OR Court continued matter at confirmation hearing.
Confirmation Order Entered Plan was confirmed prior to confirmation hearing.
Confirmation Order Uploaded Trustee has uploaded Order Confirming; confirmation is subject to the Court's review.
Confirmed at Hearing Court confirmed Plan at confirmation hearing.
Consent Court has placed Plan on Consent prior to confirmation hearing.
Converted Notice of Conversion or Motion to Convert has been filed.
Court Concern Court has concern. Confirmation hearing may be continued for Debtor to address if Debtor's Attorney (and any objecting Creditors) agree.
Dismissed Order Dismissing has been entered OR Court dismissed case at confirmation hearing.
Dismissed With Prejudice Court ordered case dismissed with bar to refiling.
May Be Continued If Debtor Agrees Confirmation hearing may be continued if Debtor's Attorney agrees.
May Be Continued If Debtor and Creditor Agree Confirmation hearing may be continued if Debtor's Attorney and all objecting Creditors agree.
Order Dismissing Uploaded Trustee has uploaded Order Dismissing.
To Be Heard/Court Concern Court has concern. Confirmation hearing cannot be continued.
To Be Heard/Creditor Objection Plan is in posture for confirmation EXCEPT outstanding Creditor objection.
To Be Heard/Payment Deficiency Plan is in posture for confirmation EXCEPT payment deficiency.
To Be Heard/Per Attorney Request Debtor's Attorney has requested that matter be heard at confirmation hearing.
To Be Heard/Per Trustee Request Trustee has requested that matter be heard at confirmation hearing.
To Be Heard/Trustee Requests Dismissal Plan is NOT in posture for confirmation, and continuance is otherwise not proper.
Trustee Recommends Confirmation Plan is in posture for confirmation, from Trustee's perspective; confirmation is subject to the Court's review.
Unopposed Dismissal Plan is NOT in posture for confirmation, and Debtor's Attorney does not oppose dismissal.
